Play dough Recipes

Hello All,

I am trying to find some good play dough recipes. My 2 DS's are wanting to make some and I seem to have lost all my recipes.
I am looking for different ones.
Also looking for the one that uses kol aid.

We have made the first two recipes lots of times. The Pumpkin Pie recipe is from ds's preschool. Have fun!!

Basic Playdough:
Mix together:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
2 tsp cream of tartar
Then add:
1 cup flour
1 TB oil
food coloring

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until a ball forms. Knead until smooth. Can also add glitter :)


Super Smelly Playdough:
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup salt
3 tsp oil
2 pkg Koolaid
2 cups boiling water

Mix dry indregients together, add oil, then boiling water. Mix and knead until smooth. If dough becomes sticky, refrigerate. :)

Pumpkin Pie Playdough
2 cups flour
1 cup salt
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp ginger
3 tsp cinnamon (or more)
2 cups water
2 tsp oil
orange food coloring

Sift dry ingreds together. Boil liquid ingreds. Pour boiling ingreds into dry ingreds and stir. Once mixed dump onto table and knead until smooth.

Thanks for those great recipes.
My children and my daycare children will have alot of fun trying those recipes.
We will probably try one this weekend if my oldest DS can get his homework done.8)
