Night and day.......my two kids are...

dd is happy playing by herself with her dolls or figurines....ds needs someone in the room someone to play with....he even woke dd up yesterday at 5:00 am because he didn't want to play in alone in his room....YIKES....I stopped him this am, and put his behind back to bed....I noticed that he likes people around him....and she could care less...as long as I am in the house...she doen't need any help playing....Is it a boy thing....a first born thing...or just my kids thing....LOL...oh well...just commenting on the different personalities of each one....

thankgoodness they are each others best play buddy I can't imagine if my brother had awoken me at 5:00 am I would have clocked him....LOL...

My kids were all pretty different... but seeing they were all girl's they were all pretty much the same when it came to playing. They were all pretty content playing with/by themselves. They'd get SO into what they were doing they wouldn't even notice when/if someone else even walked into the room. Most of the boys that I do day care for all play pretty good by themselves too and actually almost prefer it... so I'm not too sure if it's a "boy" thing. The two girls I have can't STAND it when the other is not here... they don't know what to do with themselves and get SOOOO bored. LOL I just think it's an individual thing. :)

My oldest ds doesn't really like to play by himself...so it's lucky that he's got his brother! They play very nicely together. We're lucky!!!!!

Can't say I have any words of wisdom on this one....my dks seem to change with the weather some days... :lol:...some days they play really well together, other days oldest ds just wants to do his own thing, and then sometimes he doesn't want to go up or downstairs alone.
