1. I want to be able to come here, look with one click and see if there are any new posts...like on the "all by date" board, if I read them they were red, if unread, they were blue.

2. I don't want to have to remember if I read them or not. I am not having luck with the new posts refreshing...keep getting the same page.

3. I want TONS of REAL snicker and dove bars sent my way!!!!

Well look at it this way, Ann, you are almost a "Member" and not a "Newbie" anymore! (15 posts, right????) Newbie is a wierd term! :-)

At the very bottom, under "Forum Rules" under "Posts" there's a little link to "smilies" and if you click there, you'll see how to do a :snickers:

Love those :snickers: ! Does anyone remember the fun candy fights on the board? That was fun...we'll have to do that again one day....and I can post and lose this newbie thing!! (it sounds like a disease!)

Well I have almost gone into shock, I didn't know a new format was coming!!! I need more warning. You don't want some of us computer challenged people to have a stroke from the shock of it all do you? Hopefully I will figure this out, I was too overwhelmed to even try posting yesterday.:(

Mickey - Thanks for the info on how to do the smileys and snickers! I have only been able to do this one :)!!! Yahoo! I might just get all of this eventually!!

Ann-if you click on the "go to first unread post" doesn't that take care of having to guess which ones you have read? Just an idea-I haven't experimented enough to know much about it yet either. :snickers:

I love the term computer challenged. Now why didn't I think of that politically correct name. You'll get the hang of it. If I can, anybody can.
