Yeah, I have to admit that someone close to me was getting a little emotional... I won't say who though...:)

Let's just say that they didn't have to do the immunity challenge this time. Someone got flown out of there!
Apparently Mike (?) burned himself pretty bad and had the medics fly him home... it was pretty emotional.
Although, that first competition for the picnic was pretty close. I can't believe Ogakor lost it like that. They were so close to finally winning! It was kind of cool to see Jerri get soaked though!
They're going to combine them next week with 5 from both tribes.
Yes, Jerri is getting pretty annoying, but Colby, c'mon! They chose her to be their "leader." (Why, I have NO idea.)
I was getting so tense, knowing that something dreadful was going to happen, but not knowing what. Poor Mike. Man, that was gnarly! I sure hope he's going to be okay.
It will be so interesting when they merge. Kucha is very connnected and it seems very real. Not like the "alliance" in the last episode that was purely calculated. It will be interesting to see what happens when they're up against one another...

It was an intense show, wasn't it? I was sad to see Mike leave, especially in those circumstances. I really thought he had a chance at making it to the end. If they don't get rid of Jerri soon I will scream! LOL! It's like with Susan on Survivor 1! Why do they keep these annoying people around so long? Ugh! I saw Mike on the Early Show(?) this morning and he is doing well. He chose not to have his family contacted until he was "well" because he wanted them to see the whole progression of how things worked out. (I think that's how he explained it.) He also said it took him about 48 hours to figure out he wasn't going back to the island and that he didn't want to eat because he didn't want to go back there with an advantage. He also said how this was so life changing for him and he will never again bury his head in a newspaper with his family around. Seemed like a very nice guy.
Ogakor deserved to lose that challenge though for picking Jerri to lead them through it when admittedly 3 of them did not trust her. Also I found it interesting that Kucha knew exactly what to practice for. I hope that they boot everyone from Ogakor off though because they really seem to have come together cooperatively as a group to make it to the merge. Other tribe was doomed from the start because of the in-fighting. When Kucha has to go down to 4 that will be a hard thing for them. They have the right idea, you have to survive as a group. OOPs, kids are back, gotta go.
