We're using a service to provide the email so they've got control over that. Sorry about that! It's outta my control. :(

Did you just change to the service? Is that why the format has changed? What do I do????

Nope, it's the same service. Everyone.net is providing the email. They've just been going through some growing pains. It should speed up soon. I hope?!?!
