I am finally home after doing the field trip thing with dd's school. I am so tired. I only had 5 kids to keep track of!! It was also hard that I had to drive- following the bus. I am not used to big city traffic!! I hope now to put my feet up!! I will also catch-up here!

Sounds like you're ready for a good rest. LOL Where did they go for their field trip? I hope you all had a good time... :)

Glad that you made it through. Sounds like you deserve a rest, so go ahead and put your feet up for awhile. How was the trip other than exausting? Where did ya'll go?

Howdy ladies,
I so glad that you all responded. We went to the Witte Muesumn in San Antonio, Texas. We live about 1 hours drive from there. The traffic is big city type stuff. Really scares me. Anyway, the muesumn was great. There is a 4 story tree house (Yes, we used the stairs - one exception ride on the elevator! LOL they had to try it) with hands on experiments, games, and all around fun. Because of the rain, we took them to a mall to eat. Of course, I had to window shop the stores. LOLOL! I was exhausted and glad to be home. Then I baked cookies for the pinewood derby. The derby was a blast. There was a lad and dad bake-off. I had never seen so many interesting cakes. Of couse, I am president of the children's organization and didn't want to offend, so I had to taste one of every cake. - Sugar High.

DD had a emotional breakdown when she got home!! We stayed up till 10:30 working on this.

Here it is a new day tons of things to do!!

Yeap, I had 4 pieces of cake too!! I have been in Houston traffic too. That's not easy as pie either. You got to know us small town folks.

I am just used for waiting for the cow to move off the road. These big cities. The cows are smarter than some of those drivers. LOLOLOL
