Looking for fizzy bath tub tablets recipe..

Hi all!!! Does anyone know how to make fizzy, colored bath tub tablets? I can't seem to find any websites with the recipe for them, only sites that sell them. If you can help, I'll be your best friend!!!

I bought some of these just wednesday (yesterday). I am putting together a kids bath assortment for their Christmas present.

They have 4 children. I have found cute little bath towel wraps for children (3 princess' and 1 dog). There were cute puppet wash cloths at the dollar store. I have bought bath color foams, bubble baths, and those fizzy tablets. I am looking for a good book on bathing or like theme. Maybe go a boat route. Who knows!!

DH wasn't too excited about the idea, but he has no clue what he would get them.

HEHHEHHEHE. MY in-laws presents are all ready wrapped and waiting for them. I wanted to save the postage, since they will be here in a couple of hours!!

Kacee- Great minds think alike!! That's why I was trying to find the recipe, to make gifts for dd's friends. I bought dd the little kit that has the star wand and a tub of the fizzy tablets, then thought "this would be really fun to make!"! Anyhoo! You're definitely on the ball!!!! I haven't started wrapping yet... need to get busy though! Can't believe Thanksgiving is a WEEK away!!!!!

Woo Hoo!! Think I found it from the site you gave, Diane!! Thanks again!!!

"Bath Bombs - little fizzy bath beads!
2 parts baking soda
1 part cornstarch
1 part citric or ascorbic acid (found in beer making stores) Mix very well. Add UP to 1 part olive oil, until the consistency of pastry dough.
Add a few drops scented oil if you want them scented.Form into small, golf- sized balls. Store in cellophane wrapper.
Drop in your bath and RELAX............
I add epsom salts, too, and you can add food colouring.
Have fun. I'm going to try and mold them in chocolate molds tomorrow!"

I love the mold idea!! Especially since I'm thinking Christmas gifts!
