I called a decorator friend to get the details for stacking two 9X13's. She said it is important to freeze the cake then I can stack them.
But, I forgot to ask?? When the cake thaws would it condense on the itself making it a sticky mess??
Should I thaw it before I frost it??? I know I should have asked her. Just forgot!!
DUHHHH!! I am doing this alot lately.
