Pictures and Graphs

Anyone know off the top of their head on how to paste an Excel graph in here. I can research it and figure it out but...

I saved the excel chart in webpage format then pulled that page into a browser. Once it loaded, I right clicked and saved it as a gif file. (if you have pictures that you are trying to post then they are probably already in gif or jpeg or something similar) At this point you just have to get it on the net. I don't have a webpage so I went into msn (i ahve a hotmail acct) and went to the picture section and started a new community board or group (don't recall actually what its called but it would be under sharing pictures with others). Then that area allows you to upload pictures which I did. I then selected the pic and right clicked on it to get the location of where it was being stored and copied that location. Came to idea box and opened a new thread and clicked on IMG and pasted the location in the box provided. Added the text and submitted it. I noticed if you don't provide the exact location of where its stored then you end up just getting the url to click on.
