After my bad experience going down memory lane (see bummed post) I decided to make your broccoli soup. It had begun to rain here at home (we'd run into rain on our trip south and it followed us on home) and I was depressed and thought what would be better than some hot, smooth, creamy, fattening soup to warm my heart, soul, and stomach. It was very good and just what I needed. Thanks.

Health Soup

2 celery stalks, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper (can add yellow, and/or red)
2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 can green waxed beans
1 can yellow waxed beans
1 can beef broth
1 envelop of Lipton Chicken Noodle soup
Salt and Pepper to taste

Put everything together in a pot. Bring to a boil. Simmer and stir occasionally. You can eat as much as you want and won't gain a pound. It's healthy and good for dieting.

enjoy
