Got results for BIL~ need Prayers please

SIL finally called us last night around 8.....BIL' mass in his colon is definetly cancer....so...now he has to go in on monday for a lower catscan...to see how far along this is and what the course of treatment will be...SIL told me that they both had broken down and had thier moments...BIL is on 67...I can't even handle this...he is the most active man I know...argh....anyway...they still want us to come over this weekend and act normal...silly goose...why wouldn't we....so...please pray with me that this can be treated and that it doesn't have to be fatal....

Oh Renee. I am so sorry to hear it's cancer. What a difficult and scary time. I'll keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Colon cancer is big on my mom's side of the family, so I know how scary it can be. Hopefully they caught his early and treatment will be successful!! {{{hugs}}} for all of you!!

Thanks Karla...I am a little weepy today..I guess its starting to sink in...and he doesn't want us to get all excited about this....so I need to handle this here at home away from him....I just keep thinking how unfair it is...Thanks for your Prayers...:D

Renee - I'm sorry to hear your BIL's news wasn't good.
I'll keep the positive thoughts prayers your / their way.
My mom and FIL both went thru colon cancer and are doing well today - ages 74 and 75. It can be very treatable if caught early enough, I pray for that in your BIL's case.
