New here...and I have some questions ....

First thing...how do I get one of those icons to appear on my post? I am clicking in the little circle beside the picture, but it doesn't appear on my post.

Second thing....how do you make a signature appear at the end of your post?

Sorry for the question but I am very confused.

Hi Marla. Let's see if I can help.....for the signature, go into your profile and part way down there is a place to add whatever you want for your signature.
As far as the icons, in a new post, whichever one you click on will show up beside the title of your post on the main board. If you are typing a reply to someone...then clicking on one of the icons will make it show up at the beginning of your response.
If you want one to show up in the middle of a posting ex. :D , then at the top of the screen is a bold word POSTS which has the smilies option. Just click on the word smilies and it will show you what to type to get various smiley faces.
I sure hope that made sense!!! LOL
If not, I'm sure David (the owner of this board) will correct me and help you out! LOL

Thanks Darlene for your help. As you will see from my other post, I did figure out how to insert the icons into my post, but I still can't get them to appear under the Author section....I am putting dot beside the icon I want but it still isn't coming up....why? Should the HTML code be on or off? What about the similies and the vB code?
