Warm and Cozy???

My boss just asked me if I would work at their winter carnival in February. The theme...warm and cozy. I have to create a craft for the carnival. Any suggestions??

Do you need craft ideas for kids to make at the carnival or crafts to sell?

Kab, it is supposed to be crafts that the kids can make. Supposedly there are tons of kids that come to the event so it has to be project that all ages can do, and that doesn't take too long to complete. (obviously with the younger kids, they will need more help) .

I was thinking about that. Actually, I just found that cutest thing to make with mittens....I need a lot of mittens donated though :\
