That was the sound of our babies heart this morning!!!! I was so glad to hear it since I don't feel pregnant. Brichard had an appointment so I took my 3 yo dd with me. She thought it was so neat! Especially the "jelly" they squirt on your belly before using the doppler. She told everyone in the waiting room that she has a baby in her belly too.
My next Dr. appt is after the holidays. Ultrasound is Dec. 19th and as of right now I am not going to find out the sex.
Cool!!!!
Are you going to get your dd a baby doll of her own for Christmas? Those baby Madame Alexander dolls are great. We gave one to our ds before we got dd so he would have his own baby.

Cool angie... With my third pregnancy (I never felt pregnant the first few months either) I remember how good I always felt after visiting the doctor's office... hearing the heartbeat and being told that everything was okay. I guess I just needed that assurance.
I'm glad that everything is going well... Do you think you can hold off finding out what sex the baby is until it's born or do you think you'll eventually change your mind? I always liked the surprise. :)
Oh yeah... cute about your dd. I like Ann's idea about getting her her own "baby". :)

Isn't that the best sound Angie? That's exactly what it sounds like...the whoosh whoosh of a helicopter flying by or something.
I remember when I felt the movement for the first time....like a little butterly fluttering around or something.
Look forward to hearing the updates :)

That's so cool angie. I remember hearing that the first time, and saying "okay, that's a sound".....then asking the dr "does it sound good?" I really didn't know what to expect.
