The dessert party and tour of the 'highly illuminated' (or as some say... tacky) homes was tonight and I just wanted to come back and say thanks for the recipes!

I have to tell you - all the fixin' I did, the simplest thing I made was the most devoured and bragged about!

They are Cinnamon Crescents.
I found something new (to me) at the grocery - cinnamon chips (with the choco. chips) and the recipe is on the back of the bag. It calls for 2 pkgs of crescent rolls and a pkg of the chips. I did not separate my rolls into triangles - I left them in rectangles and you spread melted butter on each roll and then sprinkle the chips over top and roll 'em up and cook 'em! Then, I drizzled confectioner's sugar icing over and then sliced them - they are so pretty and soooo good! Even good as a breakfast roll.

Anyway, thanks and I wish ya'll could come over and help us get rid of all the food leftover - I always freak out that I won't have enough, and then get way tooooo much! Oh well, it'll freeze.

I just recently saw the cinnamon chips in the store was wondering if they were any good and what they might be used for because I'd never heard of them. The cinnamon crescents sound good.
