I'm down to 195 which marks the milestone of...
35 Pounds!
My bil gave me a ton of really nice pants that he has outgrown. They are all size 36 waist and much of the gear is collections stuff like Nautica, Tommy Hilfiger, and Polo. I was so excited! My fil and bil have pretty much filled up my closet. dw always reminds me that she is the girl and I shouldn't be the one hording closet space!
I had a pretty good week. I was busy at work with appointments, so I could only get to the gym 3 times last week. However, I did take some time to Taebo last night. Through the week I just can't hardly do Taebo as a backup. The time I usually Taebo is at night when the kids are in bed, but I need the time to sleep through the week to get ready for the PT job at night.
Its funny, I see the ads for weight loss centers on TV where people say they have lost anywhere from 20-50 pounds. It just amazes me that I am one of those people. I have mixed emotions. It is nice to take it off, but it is also sad to be 50 pounds overweight!
Anyway... 15 more pounds to go. I really see the light at the end of the tunnel. It will be huge for me to finally get into the 180's. I'll get there!
By the way, I've thought about stopping these updates since I've been doing them so long. However, if they are inspirational to anybody I'd be happy to keep them going. If not, I may just start updating you when I hit a certain goal or if I feel myself struggling.
