I am confused

I have been reading some of these messages and I see things like dh and things like that. Can anyone tell me what these mean?

Dh=dear (or darn, depending on the situation!) husband
dd=dear daughter
ds=dear son
lol=laugh out loud
RPFL=rolling on floor laughing.

Those are most of the ones you see around here. There are loads more. Someone has a link that explains them all, maybe they will post it for you.
