So I'm in the kitchen preparing to make some Christmas goodies and thinking how much I'd like to have some Christmas music playing in the background, but don't have a CD player in the kitchen. I begin to plot how to unplug the boom box in the living room that's plugged in behind the very large entertainment center. Then, I think, oh what a joy it will be to try to get it plugged back in... scratch that idea. So then, I think, I'll get the one out of dd's room, but, it's almost bedtime, and she goes to sleep to music everynight, so, again, wasted energy. Totally bummed, I decide to get on with the baking, then... it dawns on me... HELLO? Genius.... Computer, in kitchen, has CD player, plays CD's!!!!! So, dilemma solved... I've been baking away and enjoying Christmas tunes at the same time.... sometimes I wonder why the most simple concepts are the longest in coming to me!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ever wonder about yourselves this way?!!! :crazyroll:

I just turn the music up too!

There are days I know that I have way too much going on in life because I do things that I normally wouldn't do if my mind was clear. Usually I do a bunch of stupid things all in one day! My dks think it's funny, but I don't (not at the time anyway). Usually I can laugh at myself, but sometimes it's frustrating.

LOL

I can totally empathize with you . Some times I can't figure the simplest things out and then all of a sudden it's like somebody turns on the light.

I just laugh at myself when that happens ;)
