I bought some Shake n bake last trip to the supermarket...and some bone less pork chops....well did those with the kids...they helped shake...then some yellow Zaterans rice...and brocoli.....dinner was a success...also baked dh's tofu cutlet....everyone ate....thought I would share...wonder why I haven't thought of shake and bake before...I could do chicken next time..it really was a nice dinner...and only enough left overs for my lunch tommorrow...:lol:
