Renee! Help me with these !@#$%^&* avatars!! Please??

OK, I have figured out how to do it, but every one I find is too big! I don't have Microsoft publisher, and I don't have a lot of time or patience to spend on figuring this out, but I feel so left out :( Where else can I get the !@#$%^^&* things???

:lol: ok I am on dh's computer and its an Apple, PC girl here...I did a search for Avatars...got some wierd stuff....gay and lesbian avatars...porn avatars....couldn't find something decent right now...Cathy help me out...someone....I feel bad...I was laughing my head off when I found some of those sites...couldn't imagine posting them...:biglaugh:

Tell me where to find some, because every site I've been to has had all that sci-fi crap that the kids use in their virtual reality cames. Ds found my little tweety, but doesn't remember where it came from and I didn't like too many at that site anyway.

Please post a few sites where we can look. I love the seasonal ones that some of you have. I just don't have the time to do an all out search. Last night while looking I ran into a f*#^ you site and decided time to end my search.

Give us a few links. I thought David was going to do that.

Thanks guys for trying to help me. I did a search on google, and again most of it is weird sci fi stuff or stuff for chats which I don't care to download. Guess I will keep looking, but I'll check back to see if anyone has posted a site.

Try google.com and search for free holiday animation or just free animation. Yahoo will work too.....it just has a billion pop-ups.

I did it!!!!! Thanks for all your help you guys! Cathy, the key was putting "animation" into the search engine and not "avatar" - that's why I was getting all the weird stuff. Anyway, thanks guys! :D

That's why I've already changed mine about 3 times already... LOL I also had a hard time finding one small enough to use but after a lot of searching... I finally found a few. I think the one that I have is a little bit too "busy"... he kind of drives me crazy when I'm trying to read the posts... LOL I think he needs to fall down and STAY down for a while. :) I think it's about time to look for a new one... again.

I may be stuck with that picture for a while. Sorry, that is my by-word. Ds was looking over my shoulder when I typed it. He teased me about it. Unfortunately when I was doing this I was about to say I'm going to (wanted to say "try this out") the same avatar came up at just that moment and I said, "crap". I immediately post my "crap" comment and ds is rolling in the floor because what I said was, "I'm going to - crap."
