BIL ~ update

[RCT]

well it's not good....BIL has inoperable liver cancer....and there is cancer in his lymphonoids too....he also has something called milodisplasia.......so they will be hitting him hard with Chimo in about three to four weeks....and hope for the best....

dh is home, BIL back at his house...and dh and I are breaking down...here and there...SIL and BIL are in a little denile...which is totally understandable....SIL is more in touch with the reality of this...BIL still hasn't faced it....I think they need to be alone tonight....

this STINKS....I love this man...and this woman...this isn't fair...ok I said it....why why why.....I am angry and sad...and just plain feel like he is being jipped.....thanks for all your support and prayers....and letting me vent this out....I just feel like screaming....he is only 67....and he looks fabulous...not an ounce of fat...he's lean and muscular....doesn't look sick at all....They are so go together....

Renee, I am so sorry to hear the news about your BIL. Please remember that if you need to talk...I'm a great listener, and unfortunatley, I've been through a lot of stuff with my mom.

Have they talked about the chemo with your BIL yet...what the treatment schedule will be, side effects, when he will start etc. Please also remember that as for the chemo, they have anti-nauseau medication to combat any ill feelings that he may experience.

Oh Renee! I am so sorry to hear this. Have faith that the treatments will help.
When fil was first diagnosed, the dr. gave him weeks to live.....he lived a great life for 4 more years after that!
