Could you share your mashed potato recipe with me?

Everyone
Does anyone else have some good recipes that they would like to share.

I have found this one that I like, but I have tried it from the freezer yet, so I don't know how it will taste then.

Lasagna

1 pound ground beef
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 cup water
1 tsp basil
1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
9-10 noodles
2 cups shredded cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese

Brown meat and drain. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic powder, mushrooms, water, and basil. Bring to a boil.
Simmer for mixing ricotta cheese, egg, salt and pepper. Layer in 9x 13 pan: Sauce noodles, all ricotta mixture, 1 cup shredded cheese, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, sauce noodles, rest of cheeses, rest of sauce.

Bake at 350 for 45 mincovered, and 15 min uncovered.

This is a list of recipes that you can access for free. Make ahead mashed potatoes are at the bottom of the page. I tried to cut and paste just that recipe but it didn't make any sense.

That recipe is awesome....but loaded with fat! I put my potatoes up in small freezer bags so I have just enough for one meal.

Aha, now I get it!!! Thanks, Ann!

Nope, don't have any!! I'm not too big on freezing, things I cook never taste right after I thaw them out!
