need ideas for the old fashioned clothes pins

I found two full bags of those wonderful old wooden clothes pins in my basement today....I was hoping for ideas on what I could do with them...maybe an ornament...I thought about painting them like nutcrackers....or soldiers....anyone have any EASY and fun ideas?

Glue three together. One oppisite form the other for antlers. The other two make the four feet. then glue on eyes, and tie a ribbon around the heck. use a black or red pom pom for the nose. Enjoy doing your craft, what ever you choose. :D
