I don't remember you saying anything about you having trouble with your legs? What is the deal? Start at the beginning. Why did you go in for an MRI on a Saturday?

I actually LOL when I saw your post title! LOL

Oh god, you don't know the boring whole story? About 5 years ago, I started having all the symptoms of MS..went through all the testing, spinal taps, doppler scans the whole nine yards. They couldn't find anything wrong and said "gee you may always have this, have a nice day" So I would just live with it. My gp was going to put me on hormones and I mentioned that all this stuff seems to be worse around the time I would ovualte so she made me go back to the nuerologist, he wanted to do another MRI since it's been 5 years and because I thought I was going to be drugged we did it on a Saturday since I knew dh would be around to drive me.
No biggie.

I laughed too.
I'm trying to figure out how that's 'no biggie'. I guess I stress out more easily than you. Your attitude is inspiring.

You know, I haven't commented on anyone's appearances (and still won't), But you look enough like my sister to be mistaken for her. Something about your eyes I think. You do look younger than she does.

Actually, it's the only sister that still lives here. (You are the same age--my sis in Houston is a baby...only 31!) People say that I don't look anything like my siblings....I had an acquaintance of my mother's once ask me for ID. LOL

When strangers guess ages, somehow I end up older than everyone but my brother. Maybe some day that'll bother me enough to take the Clairol plunge.

No biggie.

I don't remember anything about this!! When do you get the results? Do they just MRI your legs or your whole body?

After I posted the thread I looked at the title and thought....I'll bet this thread will get alot of hits!! LOL

ROFL! Angie..definitely a provative title!!

I thought you had been on the board longer! LOL
They did an MRI of the brain and spine...with most neurological disorders they tend to stem from the brain or spine and then the after effect trickle down to extremities. MS was one of the things they looked for when dh was having all his probs. I think I will get the results Monday. My doc reads his own and the MRI place was messengering them over to him today.
More than likely, I will have to have other tests from this one, unless nothing has changed.

Ann, your attitude is amazing. I always tell my mom that a positive attitude is 1/2 the battle :) .

Please keep us update on the results.

thanks...not really all that amazing. I went through all this 5 years ago and got all upset and bothered by the whole thing AND nothing changed (Darlene and Kat can relate to that! LOL) I just don't have the energy or inclination to get all worked up this time about it! LOL
