mark all messages read ?

when you do this do you feel like you may be lossing post that you haven't read? I do this usually once a day....sometimes I don't but some days I am here and reading alot....when you use this obviously it only clears my puter not anyone elses...LOL...right? just curious as to who does this and what you think about it?

My puter marks the ones I have read automatically, but I have used this if I have been gone on vacation and there are a ton of posts, and I don't have time to read all of them, and I don't want them to keep popping up as unread.

Ok now I feel stupid. How do you mark the post that you have read?

on the bottom of the page where you see your new posts...there is a Mark all posts read line you can click and they all go away....not always a good thing...LOL..
