Looking for ideas on making matching games....

I am looking for some ideas to use for making a matching game (ie with letters, colours, shapes, animals etc.) I just started a new job and I have access to a laminating machine...it's wonderful so I want to create some things for the kids....any ideas?

My recommendation to you is to go to the nearest teacher store and find a book that is specifically made for file folders. There are numerous matching games in there.

Check it out, there is an animal matching game, with those wonderful Brett illustrations. There is a really nice alphabet strip too if your looking.
