Chat via ICQ?

Since we didn't get any word on the request for a chat room, I was wondering if anyone wanted to try chatting via ICQ?

It's free and you just click the green football shaped thing to download it. I'm somewhat familiar, but just downloaded the latest version with a new account number and I'm trying to figure it out, but it's similar to the older versions, so I could help a bit if needed! :)

It sounds like fun! :) I'll have to download it when I get a chance. The original account I set up is on our old computer and I never got around to downloading it when we got our new computer...

I've had ICQ for a year or so, and I love it. I have a lot of friends across the country and abroad, and we keep in touch that way. If not for icq, I doubt I would hear from most of them ever.

Sounds like a good idea to me, but I'm about to be without a computer for awhile. I'll have to catch back up when I get the computer back.
