I don't know - I guess I should leave something in the oven for dh and the kids before I go to school tonight. They had to resort to McDonalds last night. Lasagna sounds good, or maybe Renee's idea for quessadias (I can't spell it either!), but I usually use grilled chicken for that, and it's raining out! Any ideas ladies?

Donna, does your dh cook? You have the tortillas, do you have eggs? How about having your dh fix Migas? And some fruit with it.

Well, it was going to be throw-it-together-yourself taco salad but now it looks like we're going fast food. Ann I love Migas. :) The kids eat everything but the tortilla, lol! It's great when you're in a hurry and need to eat in the car.

I fixed Jen's taco roast. I shredded it in between work and school, so that it could soak up more of the seasonings, and then we wrapped the meat in tortillas with cheese, olives, and taco sauce. It was yummy. Dh had corn with his.

AnnW I had no idea what migas were either, but I like the idea. I think I might have one for breakfast in the morning with the left over tortillas from tonight.:D

We ended up eating italian at my in-laws instead of the rotisserie chicken since I got home so late.
