OK enough is enough....is it spring yet...I have already gotten 8 inches of fresh snow this morning...its still coming down hard....I had a meeting with ds teacher this am, to discuss his fine motor skills....LOL....my son needs some help holding his pencil, hey if thats all that's wrong with him, I'm willing to drive in the snow for that...LOL...I'm being funny, it was informational, they gave us a special grippy thing for his pencil and some work books for him to try drawing with....he's precious, and didn't ever show signs of wanting to use pencils and scissors when he was younger so, this gave some insight to his teacher that he wasn't in a preschool environement ever and wasn't exposed to these tools...Bad mommy....LOL.......anyway....I had to cancel my phsycial thearpy because of this darn snow....we were taking ds out to Pizza Hut for his reading list award, but now I don't think we will make it out of the drive way.....man I am sick of snow. Thanks for letting me complain.......tired of the white stuff......is it spring yet?

Even more snow... you already had so much! LOL I couldn't imagine you getting more. We were suppose to get more last week but it never came. (big surprise) It's been really nice here this past week... in the upper 30's and compared with what we've had I can live with that, but I'd rather have Ann's 60's. LOL

I'm glad to hear that you're ds is doing well in school. When my dd was in kindergarten she had the same problem holding her pencil and they gave her one of those grippy things to slip on her pencil too. They can't help but hold it right with one of those. LOL It didn't take long and she didn't need it anymore.

Too bad you had to miss your physicla theropy. How are you feeling, any better? I hope you're seeing some positive results. :)

My son is 5 1/2 and a lefty. (we are all right handed in our family). I noticed a little while ago that he was having a hard time gripping the pencil properly so I went out and bought a pencil grip for him. It is actually a great thing because they teach the kids how to properly position their fingers.

Sorry to hear about all the snow...where are you from? I live in Ontario, Canada and I definately have seen enough snow this winter (although today is a beautiful day and we missed that huge snow storm the other day).

What are you going to physiotherapy for? I am supposed to be going 3-5 times per week but I never find the time to go.

Bye for now

About the snow, well I am from Sunny Southern California...but we live in Central New York....actually I live 55 minutes out side of Syracuse, and they call my town the snow belt...LOL...

I am getting physical theraphy for my syatic nerve...It does seem to be helping Diane....and I am finding the time to get there....it feels great while they are treating you....

I am so sorry that you can't get rid of the snow. It seems to be gone from here now, but it is still cold. I am still waiting for spring too.
