LOL! Actually, I knew what you were talking about and didn't realize that wasn't the right name! ;)

Thank you, Renee! I will try one of those! Any flavor in particular?

Hey, Renee...I've looked at a few places and I couldn't find Tiger Bars, but saw Tiger MILK bars (LOL!)! The protein was only 6 grams (I think), so I tried Iron Man Hi Energy Bars by Twinlab and they are pretty good--16 grams of protein instead of the 31 grams that were in those other bars that I couldn't tolerate, but at least I can eat them! LOL! I tried two and I liked the Creamy Peanut, but I really liked the Cookie Dough one the best. I'll keep looking for those Tiger bars, though! :) Thanks again for your help!

lol...hey I'm glad you found one you could tolerate.....how are you...is your hair still falling out? that happened to me after dd was born...but then it stopped....don't know what that was all about....:p

Thanks for asking! Yes, it's still falling out, but I feel much more energetic since I've been increasing my protein intake via Ensure and the protein bars the past few days, so that's a plus. I'm sure the hair loss will stop soon.

How thin did yours get? I have a friend who lost hers in spots after her son was born (alopecia areata)--no idea why either, but it's growing back now.

I know mine will come back, too, but it's unnerving to see it come out! 8o Guess it could be worse, though.

Thanks again for your help with the protein bars!

well, I usually keep my hair pretty short...but after the kids were each born and while I was nursing...I thought I would grow it out...that's when I noticed lots of hair in the drain...and it was too long to be dh's...it scared me...my hairdresser at the time told me to cut it short again...and that it would probably pass...my doctors said the same thing.....not like clumps of hair...but a noticable amount...hang in there....:D

That's how mine is--not clumps just noticable (to me!) amounts. No one else can tell, though. Thanks again, Renee!
