well, I don't really know it ALL that well!!!!!!! LOL

probably just stir fry with veggies, but I may be even more lazy and throw it in the oven with some rice and broth.

Homemade pizza for us, too. :) Will also out out grapes and salad.

Oh I see, I just assumed you'd bake a whole chichen. I just use the boneless, skinless breasts if I'm putting chicken IN something. What seasonings do you put on it if you bake it?

I sometimes do a whole roast chicken, but I mainly do the breasts. I buy my meats from the Horizon meat company. They have these boneless skinless breasts that you can just pull out and cook.
If I am baking, it just depends. If I am just doing the rice and broth, usually pepper, garlic and a little KPauls.

Not a lot of cooking tonight. Dh is out with friends tonight so I might take the kids to a playland for dinner. If not I'm thinking of grilled cheese with tomato soup and fruit.

We had breakfast for dinner tonight...Bacon, apple/cinnamon pancakes.. Something that was fairly easy and not much clean up.
