I air pop 3 tbs of popcorn no butter and its delicious....use that fatfree butter spray and spurge with some salt....

I like the Stoneybrook Farms brand of yogurt. Snack wise..don't really snack much, but when I do it's raw almonds or string cheese.

Yogurt, pretzels, or graham crackers if I need something sweet.

I know there are more things, but I am blanking out right now.

a tablespoon of ben and Jerry's LOL. Actually schwans has a nonfat fudge bar that is good and I also like popsicles that are partially thawed so I can bite them and squish them in the roof of my mouth.

Love :* sugar-free fudgesicles!!! Can't even tell they're sugar-free! DD loves them, too!!!!! Also like low-fat wheat thins. That's my "new junk food". Though I'm trying not to eat them too often. I'd rather stick to fruits and veggies.

RCt-its funny you like the fat free creamer. Dh and I can't STAND them!! LOL We bought one by mistake and when we were drinking our coffee we were gagging an wondering if we bought one after the due date! LOL I splurge on my morning coffee because that sets my whole day!

Im not a snacky person either. Yougurt or an apple are some things I have. I use to have a protein shake when it was warmer.
