Which foods do you specifically mean? I know that tomatoes and brocolli are incredible foods for women. There are also foods that are antioxidants. I guess I am not understanding your question.

Basically, a diet rich in fruits and vegetables is the best place to start. Root vegetables should be organic if possible, due to soil mineral depletion and pesticides. You should also take a multi vitamin/mineral supplement, eat foods rich in Vitamins A, E, and C which are natural antioxidants . Avoid all animal fats if possible with the exception of fish oil which has multiple benefits.

I have heard the Blue Berries are natures best natural antioxidants, and all around good health....and they are YUMMY :licklips: too. good luck on your search...
