we are having bean/cheese burritos and rice....its an easy night...salad on the side.....just wondering how many others are actually cooking tonight besides me....???;)

On Sunday nights we also get together with my family for dinner (my parents, sister & BIL and kids, and sometimes my brother & SIL, and my grandfather), and my DH usually cooks.

Not sure what is on the menu for tonight, because he went shopping yesterday. I think he bought a roast, and some sweet potatoes and I don't know what else.

We're headed over to watch 'the game' (woo hoo - snore) :)
with some friends. She's getting b-b-q and I'll add the rest.

We are supposed to go to a Super bowl party, but dh may just go without me. Might be a KFC night.

Sunday is request day at our house and dh cooks. Today the dks have requested hot dog roll ups (gag - I never cook hot dogs) and apple crisp, lol.

Renee tell me how to read the date you posted?? I wasn't sure if this was a new post or not?

Yesterday I made a beef stew in the crockpot, but we didn't eat it as dh took me out for dinner and a movie, so we'll have that tonight.

Tonight I will be cooking fried pork chops, chicken flavored rice and corn, with Caesar salad with red onion iin it onthe side...Cant wait love casear salad especially with red onion..

I've got chicken in the crock pot to make hot chicken sandwiches tonight. I just shred the chicken, add a few (low fat) cream soups and some Velveeta. :drool:
