I think were going out for fast food tonight... probably to Subway or Arby's, so no cooking for me. :yippee: Dd has Cheerleading practice until 5:30 on Wednesday's... so sometimes it's just a lot easier going out than to try to cook. My other dd is taking evening classes on Wednesday's and won't be home until almost 9:30 so we usually just pick her up something quick to eat too. It's nice to have a night (or two) when you don't have to worry about what's for supper. :)

Diane...

Since I'm home today, I thought I'd put on a pot of "whatever's in the fridge" soup. Wed. is take out night for us too. I don't know if anyone will want to eat the soup or not. Since I have an ESL student at 5:30 and the guys don't get to church til 6:30 they may still want to pick something up. I think I'll just go with the soup before I leave.

It is really good when you're working not to have to cook a couple nights a week.

Spaghetti at our house tonight, too. Hamburger for sauce is already cooked. So, open a jar of Prego, cook the spaghetti, pop some brown and serve rolls in the oven. Pre-made store-bought salad, too. Lazy kind of dinner at our house tonight! But lazy in a good way, because quick is more what I mean!

My dd has practice every night that she doesn't have a game (usually practice Mom, Wed, Thurs and occasional Sat) until 5:30. Games are at 7:30ish and if it's an away game she goes right from school and doesn't get home until 10-11. I'm missing out on all those "eating out" nights, due to poor planning. I'm using you as a model next year. LOL

DKs have a programs tonight, so they had macaroni and cheese.

DH is out with his friends.

Haven't decided what I feel like yet...maybe sweet and sour rice with veggies

We are having lasagna. I might put some garlic bread in the oven, and cook a veggie with it.

The DK's and I had McDonalds, just didn;t feel like cooking tonight.

Dh is working so he will probably hrab something on his way home.

Also thought I would treat Dk's to McDonalds since DS#1 had a great day at school( he has been struggling big time) and he also shoveled the little bit of snow we got today off of the deck.
