You have mentioned more than once your chichken, rice. broth dish. How do you prepare it? Do you use regular white rice or some sort of minute rice? It sounds like it's be a good and easy recipe especially using the garlic roasted chicken broth or Swansons. Can you post the recipe please?

You are gonna be disappointed..this isn't fancy, but it IS easy! LOL

Can of broth (roasted garlic is wonderful)
if using regular broth, just toss in some garlic if you want
4 chicken breasts (mine are even frozen)
rice (I use one bag of Success rice)
black pepper to taste

Put the rice in the bottom, pour the broth on top, stir around the rice so it's coated, put the breasts on top, pepper it.

Cover and bake at 350 for a hour.

You can also use a can of Cream of mushroom soup mixed with a little water or milk.

I wasn't expecting something hard or fancy! I was more concerned with the type of rice you used and how long to cook it. LOL

It sounded like something easy that I could make while daycare kids are still here and I was right. I'll definitely be making this next week for dinner. Thanks for the recipe! :)
