Your pork recipe was a SUPER hit!!!!!!!! Everyone was crazy about it. Ds said that he was going to have this for dessert when he got home from Scouts tonite!!!! LOL I used a Pork Loin, not just the tenderloin and it was incredible. And the best part, given the sweetness of the cranberries, this will make a great pulled pork sandwich when mixed with the spicy of barbecue sauce!!! I love it..two meals..one cooking!!!

I can't believe it has taken you this long to try it!!! I am so glad you liked it. When I first saw the recipe with cranberries I said yuck, then I tried it one day and it has been a favorite ever since.

Do you have to like cranberries at all to like it? I do not like them at all (nor does any one in my family), but since you guys say it's so good I want to try it. Do you think we'll like it?

Not at all!!! I can't stand cranberries..yuck phewy!!!! But they added just a nice bit of sweetness to this without being cloying.


sorry Angie...we don't eat alot of pork loin!!!! :)
