what kind of cereal do you have in your cabinets?

we have

spoon sized shredded wheat
regular shredded wheat bisquits
cream of wheat
quaker oats
bisquick mix [for pancakes]


just being nosey....:)

1 box of corn chex
1 box of rice chex

(was going to make Chex Mix around the holidays, but ...)

1 opened box of Choco Crunch cereal that is probably stale by now, because my son won't eat it (after insisting and promising that he would)

1 box of Frosted Flakes (my husband's)

We have tons of cereal - are you ready for this?? LOL! These are off the top of my head. Sad thing is I know there's more than this.... Cereal consumes my cupboards.

A few boxes of Smart Start
Special K
Buzz Blasts (from my step mom for dks)
some Mickey Mouse version of Lucky Charms (from my step mom)
Bart Simpson (for dh LOL)
Rice Krispies
Shredded Wheat
Honey Nut Cheerios
Lucky Charms

Raisin Bran Crunch, Corn Flakes, and Oatmeal (variety pack--of course there's no more Raisins and Spice. :( )

We just finished off some cereal today.

Let's see, what I can think of is

-Special K
-Cheerios
-Rice Krispies
-Lucky Charms
-Froot Loops
-Corn Bran
-Cookie Crisps
-Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal

We're not a big cereal family...my ds' don't really like it all that much (wierd kids!!) We have Special K, and Reeses Puffs.

Raisin Bran - Dh has that everyday with a banana
Honey Bunches of Oats
Fruit loops
Shredded wheat
Oatmeal
Crispix

That's all I can remember right now. Seems like alot since DD and I usually don't do cereal.

GOOD GOSH! What size cabinets do ya'll have???!!! :D Ya'll are keeping anywhere from 6 to 10 boxes of cereal in there!! :lol:

Dh nor I eat cereal, so we don't have any in our cabinets. The only time I buy it is to make Chex Mix, Rice Crispies, or Corn Flake Chewies, and the leftovers from that usually end up in the garbage.

MM! Honey Bunches of Oats and Granola. I'm not too big on breakfast, but since starting the gym,I've been eating a bowl of granola every morning. I feel better. ßß!

PS We use skim milk too. Regular milk is just too greasy.

I just can't get myself to drink blue milk, so we drink 2%. :)

I grew up drinking 1% and now all I will drink is skim ~ anything else seems too thick and creamy...gag! LOL!

We have Cream of Wheat and oatmeal. There is still a very small amount of chocolate Malt O Meal. That's the stuff I love but I can't find the chocolate anymore. Just plain and maple.

We use 1% milk. Grew up on whole milk. Drank the real whole milk at my grandparents farm as well. We've fluctuated alot on what we use. DH always prefered whole but after DD turned 1 we switched to 2%. The doc had me put DD back on whole milk since she needed more calories. That's what we all used then. When she turned 4 we went to 2%. Within the last year we've gone to 1%. I don't think skim will ever happen. I'm with AnnW on that one!

I don't have very much cabinet space. The hot cereal is in a cabinet, but the cold stuff is on top of the fridge. It doesn't look the best, but it does the trick!

LOL... I think we've got just about every cereal is in my pantry. :) Dh is usually about the only one who eats cereal for breakfast... but I might have a bowl about once a week.

Here's my list:

Special K with Berries
Special k without Berries
Cheerios
Nuttin Honey
Boo Berries
Corn Flakes
Raisin Bran
Froot Loops
Lucky Charms
Honey Bunches of Oats
Shredded Wheat
Coco Puffs
Oatmeal... and
Rice Krispies

We can't even fit ONE more box in there... it's CRAMMED full. LOL

Had to laugh when my nephew was here - he was croaking when he saw all of the cereal we had, so he counted it and came up with a grand total of 12 boxes! 8o

Honey comb(Dh favorite)

Corn flakes( no one likes these, but I use them for nanimo bars)
Frosted Cherrios




DH and DK's drink 2% milk. I cant drink milk so and Dh likes the 2%.

today's cereal specials are:
Rice Krispies
Special 'K
Raisin Bran
and Honey Comb (dh's)
as well as 2 packages of the mini boxes, mixed kinds that the dk's brought home from "Nana's"house.
