Brichard just picked up pizza. I'm exhausted!
Change of plans..........DH decided to clean the gas grill, took it apart and hasn't put it back together, so we are going out for Mexican food! LOL
we're having veggie pizza and cheese bread. I really should cook more, but the "no meat" nights always seem more difficult.

I may try to get something healthy for her later. The time went so fast. Our after school snack just blended into dinner time.
I may try to get something healthy into her later. I am a terrible mom tonight.
My dd has brownies tonight and one of my dck's will be here until probably 9 or 9:30 so I have to feed him too. I'm making hamburger helper (or Friday night quick dinner) with a fruit and a veggie.

We had a quickie meal - chicken breast sandwiches, tater tots and corn on the cob.

Cheetos is a food group!! :newwink:
Tonight was a simple salad to counter the fabulous dinner we had last night. We went to a little town of about 800 twenty miles west of here. They have a vineyard and winery, a couple of antique shops and 3 killer restaurants: Kelts Steak House, Weidiker (sp) German/Bavarian food, and Fat Tuesdays (Cajun/Creole) where we ate. I had crawfish dip with fried bow tie pasta that was to die for, salad, bread, shrimp etouffee and 2 glasses of tea to keep the flames down in my mouth. For dessert I had chocolate raspberry cheesecake. And best of all, I did not get hearburn, but now I'm looking at simple salad for a week I think.

My mom fixed boiled shrimp night before last.(Thurs), so I used the leftovers, put them in a frying pan with a little butter and sweet and tangy A1, and that is what I fixed. I also ate some leftover cheese sticks that dh brought home Thurs night.
