Your computer program obviously hasn't seen me....perfect? not a chance :\
Okay, so I am in my weight range, however, I would like to be lower done in my range...between 122-125.
I know I don't have a lot of weight to lose, but I would like to lose about 5-8 pounds (realistically).
Thanks for your help

after further researching your profile :) ....it suggested shaving 500 calories off your 1949 a day total...bringing you down to 1449 per day for weight loss.....
I still think your perfect...;) it also says cutting your work outs to 45 minutes daily.....good luck...
I hope I didn't offend you, Honey...I didn't mean to....
