We are having beer battered chicken, potatoes (not sure how I'm cooking the potatoes yet), veggie (not sure which veggie to cook yet either, lol).

Amy...I bet my dh would much prefer to eat at your home tonight, he says I don't cook chicken cordon blue often enough, lol.

mexican cassarole (refried beans layered with rice, salsa and green chilies with Cheddar cheese melted on top) with sweet corn bread on the side and a green salad.....

I would love to eat at your house tonight Ann...craving italian food....

We're having something with hamburger meat. I haven't decided yet whether it will be spaghetti or meatloaf.
