View Full Version : Yummy Low Fat Treat

Just thought I would share this, it is so easy and so good. They are only 1 pt each if you are following Weight Watchers, so basically that means they are a good deal, lol.

All you need is ultra low fat or fat free cool whip and low fat graham crackers. Spread about 1tbsp of the coolwhip on one cracker and sandwhich with the other, then freeze. They taste a lot like ice cream and are a huge hit with my dks.

I made a whole stack of them last night and froze them in a tupperware container so when my sweet tooth hits, they are ready.

I have made these before using chocolate graham crackers (don't know if they come in low fat though) and mixed in mini chocolate chips with the cool whip. They taste just like ice cream sandwiches. My family LOVES them.

THANKS for the simple but yet good snack idea. I'm ALWAYS looking for new and different idea's for my day care kids. I'll give it a try and let you know how they liked them.

I also made these for my day care kids the other day and they were a HUGE success... for once EVERYBODY liked the snack! 8o (which seldom EVER happens) Thanks for sharing the recipe...

So glad you guys like them!! Apparently they are amazing with low fat chocolate graham crackers too but I can't find those here :(
