I made sloppy joe's last night so I'm made a macaroni hotdish out of the leftovers. LOL With a salad and some bread... it should work out pretty good with everybody's very speratic schedule tonight. Nobodies going to be home at the same time so... it's the simplest thing I could think of to make. :)

Diane...

I have got to get on the ball!! I have been a cooking slacker. Nothing sounds good unless it is thin mint girl scout cookies. I am a bad bad girl. I think I'll make creamy italian chicken tomorrow. Tonight will be bbq pizza.

I have been the total slacker with cooking. With dh out of town it has been easy. Saturday we ate at the neighbors. Sunday was raman soup, Last night was hotdogs.

But the DH returns...

I need help for tonight. (time is short I know, but y'all haven't failed me yet)

I have 3 thaw out tenderized steaks in the fridge. Thing is these steaks are thin sliced. My orginal plan was to broil them, but I am afraid that they will burn too quickly, because of their size.

So, any ideas how else to fix them?????

I will check back here shorty, cause dh will be here at 6:00.

Kacee, I know that I am late on this, but if they are thin you could just pan fry them.

I don't exactly know what we are having. I just know that it will be something with pork chops.

Dd had her own mini cheese pizza - I hoped it would be tough enough to pull her tooth out!! lol

Dh and I had a WW meal and salad.

This week has been so crazy with returning our new car, getting the rental, getting the newer one, returning it tomorrow to have the sunroof put in.... and getting to the drs. office for the blood test and then off to work! whew.... busy day.
