I haven't taken anything out for tonight! I forgot... anybody have a great quick and easy idea for me? LOL
anything with ground beef is easy...tacos, stroganoff, spaghetti
We're having chicken and rice tonight. I'm trying a new recipe for the chicken...I'm hungry just thinking about it :)

I thought of that, but I don't have any...
I might just see what I have in the freezer that I can throw in the crock pot. LOL

I threw a roast in the crock pot thismorning... and it's nice knowing that I hardly have to do a thing for supper tonight except for making the salad and doing the dishes after were done eating. :) Right now I've got to get my buns in gear and go make my dck's their favorite lunch... (Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, Mac and Cheese, French
Fries, Applesauce... cheese and crackers) :)

I am going to do some chicken breasts in the oven using bread crumbs, mashed potatoes, carrots or corn, and brocoloi(for me and DH), and some gravy. I will also fry a steak for DH since he is not a big fan of Chicken.:newwink:
And maybe we will have some pudding for a quick dessert, depending on how everyone feels.:star:

We're going out! :)
I've had a hankerin' for steak and scallops :licklips:
So, we're meeting my parents after dh gets home from work.
We're having beef stroganoff with chicken instead of beef. Not sure if it's really stroganoff or chicken alfredo but I make it the same way.
?(
Anyway, the kids love it too and we'll have mashed potatoes and a veggie of some sort, probably corn. (how's that for a serious grammatical mess?! ) ;)
BIG SALAD.....for me....kids are doing the chicken tender thing...dh is having a salad with me....probably a baked potatoe for him too...LOL...

Ohhhh Renee - that's one of my favoirte meals - salad and baked potato!!! yumm
You seem to eat salad a lot - do you buy the bagged salads or cut everything up? I've been buying the bagged salads and find I'm more likely to eat it if I don't have to cut all that stuff up first! lol

How do you make your fried rice? Diane posted those recipes once and I'm so confused as to which one to make... they all seem a bit different.

Here it is 7:00, and I still have no idea what we are having. I guess I better get off of my behind and go decide before it gets too late.

It's 7:00 and you haven't eaten yet? What time do you eat supper? Gosh, were always up to the table and eating by 5:00... and I'm usually done washing dishes by 6:00. I like to eat and get it done/over with so I can sit on my A$$ for the rest of the night and do absolutely NOTHING. LOL So....... what did you finally end up making? ?(

We have always eaten late, and it is usually later than last night. :lol:I usually don't get home from school until around 7:00 or 7:30, so I guess we have just gotten used to it. I wound up making chili for dh and I had leftovers. I like chili, but when I make it for dh it is too spicy for me. He likes his really really spicy. When I get out of school, I hope to go back to eating at a normal time, but we'll see. There is always something. :biglaugh:

Yummm... I  chili too. :licklips: My dh also likes his a lot spicier than I do too.. so I don't make it too spicy for me, and then I put the chili powder on the table so he can spice his up as much as he wants to. LOL
