scale question again..ARGH

Ok, I bought a new scale today...our old Health 0 Meter was really old and has been moved around three houses....LOL....it was a dial one...so you could calibrate it....

we got a Health O meter again, only I went for the digital one....like the doctors office....anyway...dh got on it and it says he is 7 pounds heavier than the old one....LOL...not really funny...no directions on how to calibrate this one...anyone have a digital...do we just have to take its word for our weight?

Not sure if I am really much help, but my digital scale is always different than what I weigh at the dr by about 5-6 pounds. Of course I always pick the lesser of the 2 weights! :D
