My name is Lisa B. Ferguson. I am 40-years-old, I live in New York, and am the mother of three sons (ages four, six and twenty-two). I am a member of the PTA at my children’s school. I am also an EPIC facilitator. EPIC stands for Every Person Influences Children. We are a group of volunteers that present workshops for parents to help give them alternatives and suggestions to conflict resolution that arise in our daily lives.
