Dd and I made these this weekend. You trace the pattern onto either a plastic lid (like from Cool Whip) or get some solid color small paper plates, if you don't want to deal with paint! Cut the shapes out and paint, color, decorate as desired. The shapes are a cat or a dog, if you'd like me to email you the pattern, let me know! aimes30@bellsouth.net
We did both, the plastic lid and sturdy paper plates. They are really cute! We made some her dd's teacher to have while she's reading to them! On the plastic lids, I used fabric paint, it worked very well. We also used wiggle eyes!! Fun! The decoration possibilities are endless!!! :p
