I am doing your peppercini pot roast tomorrow, but they didn't have peppercini's so I got a 16 fluid oz jar of mild banana peppers...is that ok? Do I just dump the whole jar on top of the pot roast? No other liquid?

Sorry I didn't respond sooner! 8o I'm on a major cleaning spree and haven't been on til now.

I think the banana peppers will work just fine. I usually add a bit more water out of paranoia but whatever you think is fine. :)

It was wonderful!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't had anything but the jar, it was great. I just served it tonite like I would a regular roast, but I think we will have it for "fajitas" later this week.
