Sugar Busters

I have been researching this, and it really makes alot of sense. It's not terribly different from the way I have been eating but with a few exceptions. I really like that it focuses on being a "way of life" NOT a diet.
Anyone done this? Comments.

I have heard of it but don't know exactly what it is. Do you basically eliminate refined sugar or all sugar?

My dh was on this once because he has super sensitive glycemic levels. We pretty much know to keep with whole grains.
