Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

big hit with the kids....

Prep time 13 minutes * bake time 25 minutes

1 lb group beef
1 cup chooped onion (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup bisquick
1 cup milk
2 eggs

heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9 " pie plate. Cook group beef and onion until beef is brown, drain...stir in salt, spread in pie plate, sprinkle with cheese.
Stir remaining ingredients until blended....pour into pie plate.
Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean...serves 6

This is one of my favorite quick meals. I love to eat it with salsa on the top!!! yum!! :)

Dh and I like it too. I ususally change the 1 cup milk to 1/2 cup ketchup and 1/2 cup milk or another sauce depending upon what we are in the mood for. It really is yummy!
